Twizzy Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Note: During limited drops or high-volume periods, processing times may increase slightly. We’ll always notify you if there’s a delay.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days
All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by Twizzy once items are in the carrier’s possession.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations.
Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Free shipping may be available for promotional drops or bundled purchases (will be clearly marked)

Orders over a certain value (example: $150) may qualify for free domestic shipping
5. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@twizzyfit.com.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or text. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate after the order ships.
