Refund policy

Twizzy Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our coaching, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Twizzy coaching programs include personalized training, nutrition planning, and time-blocked service from our coaches. Because of this time commitment and the intellectual property delivered up front, we cannot offer refunds once a client has started the program.

However, we do offer the following terms:


1. Onboarding Guarantee (First 7 Days)

If a client completes onboarding and the initial performance plan is delivered but decides within the first 7 calendar days that Twizzy is not the right fit, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) minus onboarding and planning time.


2. Pausing a Program

Clients may pause their coaching program for valid medical or travel reasons once per contract term, for up to 30 days. Notice must be provided in writing.


3. Early Cancellation (Contracted Programs)

Early termination of a coaching agreement before the agreed-upon term will result in a cancellation fee equal to one month of coaching. This helps cover the time, access, and resources already provided.


4. Product Sales (Apparel and Protein Soda)

All physical product sales are final.
We do not accept returns on worn apparel, open consumables, or promotional items. If a product is defective or damaged in shipping, we will offer a replacement upon receipt of proof.


5. Communication Standard

We maintain transparent expectations throughout the program. If a client is unsatisfied at any point, they are encouraged to speak with their coach or a Twizzy co-founder so we can address concerns quickly.
